Billing System Temporarily Down

Our payment system will be offline from November 22nd through December 1st as we transition to a new billing portal.

Customers won't be able to make online payments or have payments processed at the office. 

Here are a few key improvements to look forward to in the new Billing Portal:

  • Real-time payment processing immediately updates your account balance.
  • New sign-in options: pay as a guest or a registered user with access to account history.
  • Accepts all major debit and credit cards, eChecks, and account drafts.
  • Set recurring payments, schedule payments for a future date, and pay for multiple accounts at once.
  • Go paperless and receive reminders by email or text when a payment is due or past due.
