Billing System Temporarily Down
The online billing portal is now available. To access it, click the blue "Pay my bill" button in the main navigation.
If you received a past due notification email prior to December 6, 2022, please disregard. A test email went out inadvertently from our new payment system to customers and we are sorry for the confusion this may have caused.
Here are a few key improvements you can enjoy with the new billing portal:
- Real-time payment processing immediately updates your account balance.
- New sign-in options: pay as a guest or a registered user with access to account history.
- Accepts all major debit and credit cards, eChecks, and account drafts.
- Set recurring payments, schedule payments for a future date, and pay for multiple accounts at once.
- Go paperless and receive reminders by email or text when a payment is due or past due.
