WATERING SCHEDULE
WHEN CAN I WATER?
Trophy Club has a twice-weekly lawn watering schedule year-round, with no watering on Mondays or between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. This helps to reduce water bill costs and conserve water. In addition, this allows the tanks to refill on Mondays which avoid peak usage charges from the City of Fort Worth and reduces demands on the water pump station.

Weekly Watering Advice
The amount of water you need to irrigate your yard depends on temperature and season. During the winter, most grasses go dormant and require little water. In the spring and summer when the grass is growing and temperatures rise, your lawn may need to be watered regularly.

New Grass Variance Permit
If you are installing new grass sod or seed for the purpose of installing a new lawn, you can obtain a variance permit to allow daily watering for the first 30 days while it is being established. Watering is NOT permitted on Mondays, even with the permit, but watering can occur Tuesday through Sunday with a permit. To obtain a variance permit to display at your residence during the 30-day period please complete the Water Restrictions Variance Application and turn it into the District office at 100 Municipal Dr. You will be contacted when the Variance Permit is available for pickup.
